What are your current COVID procedures?

All items are sterilized with disinfectant and packaged as securely as possible by employees wearing PPE prior to shipping. All employees have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Due to COVID-19 contamination and mutation, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will work to satisfy your concern.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

No, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Why? If, like us you have family members with compromised immune systems or preexisting conditions which make them vulnerable to COVID-19, you will understand that due to COVID-19 contamination and mutation, we can not accept returns or exchanges, due to the risk of infection. If there is an issue with your order such as damage or incorrect fulfillment, please contact us and we will work to satisfy your concern.

Do you Reiki your jewelry/products?

Nat and AP, the founders of BOOMLA Designs are both certified Reiki Level I practitioners. Our instructional lineage descends from the non-traditional school of Diane Stein, author of The Essential Reiki. As a rule we charge certain products, which are marked, with Reiki energy during construction, cleansing and disinfecting, or during packaging for delivery. Products which are not specifically labeled have not received Reiki energy.
